arionhunter finally writes that essay I've been waiting for Avery to write about DC Comics' Great Ten superteam and the fucking disgusting cultural poaching they represent.
Go, read (and watch the ARMOR HERO opening while you're there, it's pretty cool). The concepts ze's taking down in that essay are FULL OF FUCKING FAIL, but Avery's putdown of each one is masterful. I have such fucking smart and awesome friends.
